Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for Procurement Administrator to execute and administer various Purchase Orders and Agreements. This position will be a Remote position within the U.S.
Responsibilities:
GovCIO is seeking a Procurement Administrator for a full-time U.S. remote job opportunity. This position will execute and administer various types of Purchase Orders, and Agreement’s cradle-to-grave, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, legal guidelines, flow down clauses, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in issuing and evaluating requests for quotes (RFQs), to purchase services, equipment and supplies to meet company requirements.
- Negotiates with suppliers to define appropriate payment terms, and applicable contract terms and conditions to determine the best value consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet requirements.
- Ability to perform within an approved CPSR environment, in accordance with company Procurement Processes and Procedures, while completing Purchase Orders file documentation.
- Process Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Assist post-award contracting actions as required, including purchase agreement modifications and closeout activities.
- Assists all internal and external audits and provides program support as needed.
- Develop a working relationship with cross-functional teams to assist in all business matters related to procurement activities; effectively collaborates and prepares responses as necessary.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, mathematics, accounting, or economics. Additional 4 years of experience may be used to substitute Bachelor’s degree.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience administering procurements/subcontracts, purchasing or contract administration using a variety of contract types.
- Shall have a thorough working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), other departmental FAR Supplements (e.g., VAAR, DFARS)
- Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills/techniques.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word, and Deltek Costpoint.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a high pace environment supporting multiple internal and external stakeholders

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
