We are looking for a talented and driven female Personal Assistant to join my team and help manage my beauty online store and Amazon store.

• As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and liaising with external partners.
• You will also play a critical role in managing our online store, updating product listings, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Your support will be essential to streamlining our operations and achieving our business goals.
• To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as exceptional communication skills.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Additionally, prior experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms is preferred. We will provide training and support to help you develop your skills.
