We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Techno Functional Lead – CRM for our client in Dubai, UAE

Experience on Enterprise Application — CRM & Property Manager is Must

Analyze, design, and facilitate the development of Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and workflows with Oracle technology tools such as PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Bl Publisher as per business requirements.

Provide consultation on Oracle best practices, standards, governance, and information management.

Work as IT partner with Commercial department and follow the IT Demand Management Methodology and IT Project Management Methodology for all rollouts and implementations.

Performer key role in transforming and migrating current CRM application to Salesforce CRM application with advance feature.

To guide business users towards implementation of standard Oracle functionality and reduce the customisations, in-order to ensure standard business functionality and participate in future technology improvement roadmap.

Work with business champions and IT counterparts to systematically analyse, cleanse, and maintain ERP data and current production issues. And help maintain interfaces from third party systems for import/export into/from Oracle.

Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements.

Co-ordinate with DBA for design/optimization of the server hardware architecture for the Oracle e¬ Business Suite Production, Test, and Development environments and disaster recovery.

Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
