Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and logistical functions of our school. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various departments, managing facilities, and fostering a conducive environment for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the school, including facilities, transportation, and security.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures.
- Oversee maintenance and upgrades of school facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance activities.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in operations management.
- UAE experience and familiarity with local regulations preferred.
