Hiring Operations Manager (Car Rental)

Job type – Permanent (On-site)

Salary – 8000-10000 AED per month.

As an operations Manager for a startup car rental in the UAE, with specific knowledge of the regulations set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s luxury vehicle fleet in accordance with RTA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional drivers and chauffeurs, ensuring they are well-versed in RTA regulations.
• Ensure the company’s full compliance with RTA licensing, permits, and operational standards.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the limousine fleet in alignment with company’s guidelines.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans that algins with Dubai Police or any other regulatory authority involve.
