Hiring Operations Manager (Male or Female)

We are looking for an Operations Manager to deal with all our operations needed to run a successful holiday home rentals.

• Oversee maintenance needs and housekeeping scheduling
• Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a fast-paced environment
• Providing professional service to each Guest Check-in and Check-out as needed
• Property supplies management
• Maintenance reporting
• DTCM portal management
• Ensure properties are in excellent shape to host guests
• Effective time management
• Managing difficult communications with valued guests who are unsatisfied with our service, product or resolution offered
• Collaborating effectively with the finance team on payments to vendors
• Working on other tasks as required

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ year’s holiday home experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• Fluent English (must)
• Bilingual
• Ability to work in shifts based on rotating weekly roster.
• Comfortable with DTCM
• Familiar with Vacation rental software
• Driven to succeed and reliable
• Must possess a customer-first mentality
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Capable to work under pressure
• Strong communication, consultative and negotiation skills
• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems on the fly without having to seek assistance
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Keen eye for detail
• Driver’s License is a must
