We are hiring an Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-quality warehouse team that is admired by the industry by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Oversee daily operations related to controlling and managing inventory and logistics

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience managing an operations function within the e-commerce or last-mile industries
• At least 2 years’ experience in startup or technology company
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Degree in any relevant field
• MS Excel/ Google Sheets wizard
