We’re currently seeking Assistant Front Office Managers to join the dynamic pre-opening team of our esteemed client’s newest hotel. Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational services with precision and efficiency
- Report any deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement
- Execute thorough quality checks adhering to LQA standards
- Support Front Office operations during peak periods and meal times
- Participate in AM/PM briefings, delivering comprehensive updates
- Effectively handle and resolve guest issues or complaints
- Strategically schedule rotas to optimize guest service within budget constraints
- Assist in problem resolution across various departments
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the 5-star hospitality sector
- Fluent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexibility to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues
- Previous experience in the Middle East preferred
