Are you an experienced Operations and Maintenance professional with a passion for renewable energy? Our client, a premier solar company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled O&M Manager with over 5 years of experience to join their innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and optimize procedures to maximize energy production.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and manage corrective maintenance.
- Perform commissioning of new solar installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and staff.
- Monitor performance using data-driven insights and generate reports.
- Prepare and manage O&M budgets.
- Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an O&M role, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- DIWA certification in Solar PV
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
