Full Job Description

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the B2B online portal.
• The person will be responsible for generating insights and operations right from and gathering information from clients.
• Generate reports of required operations and share the same within their prescribed format to the Authority.
• Should build a positive relationship with clients and rectify the quarries within the time.
• Create and maintain a healthy work environment among operations teams and be oriented to Customer Satisfaction.
• Find and Execute suggestions for operational improvements and keep evaluating the performance.

Requirements and skills:

• Should have Strong Communication Skills
• Language Proficiency Must – English, Hindi
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to build relationships
• Excellent selling and negotiation and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and able for multitasking.
• Time management and other organizational skills
