What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests accurately and concisely
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
