Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing assistance to senior management as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing office supplies.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring that records are accurate and accessible.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide clerical support to different departments as needed.
- Assist with internal communication and help ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or secretary role, preferably in a transport or crusher company.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
