Position: Office Administrator/Receptionist

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and activities to ensure effectiveness and adherence to corporate policies
  • To ensure performance, manage the administrative employees and assign them different tasks
  • Manage the high management’s agendas, travel plans, appointments, etc
  • Manage phone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Keep track of office supply inventories and place orders as needed
  • Keeping the record of the office expenses
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Assisting the clients and visitors
  • Preparing and keeping the personal documents of the employees

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator/Receptionist, Office Assistant or relevant role in UAE
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
