Saifco Electromechanical works LLC is looking for the below post for our operations in Dubai with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in UAE MEP Contracting:

Mechanical Procurement Engineer.

Job Summary:

• Performs Procurement engineering evaluation, commercial grade dedication, and item equivalency evaluations in support of site operations, maintenance and engineering departments
• Provides field and engineering experience expertise to the procurement officers
• Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders
• Contacts suppliers in order to schedule or expedite
• Deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
• Builds up a portfolio of approved suppliers
• Study the specifications to understand the project requirements and review the site MTO
• Floating the RFQ and follow the quotations to complete the comparison
• Meet the supplier to review their offer and negotiate the prices
• Follow the submittal till the consultant approval
• Follow the delivery of the materials and the required documents to complete the payment.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned
