1. Maintenance Engineer
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer in Dubai, responsible for conducting equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance. The Maintenance Engineer will be tasked with inspecting, testing, and managing repairs for various types of equipment and ensuring their optimal performance. They will also oversee the maintenance schedules and budget, develop and implement maintenance procedures, and work in close collaboration with other departments to encourage reliability, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance
- Experience in developing and implementing maintenance procedures, schedules, and budgets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Planning and undertaking maintenance schedule of Company’s warehouses, AC, machineries, equipment, tools, fire alarm system and all related maintenance work.
- Supervising the Maintenance Team of the company.
- Oversee and control maintenance costs.
- Schedule and obtain materials and manpower for maintenance work.
- Ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality Health & Safety Regulation and all other government law.
- To ensure that machinery, tools and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
- Creating preventive maintenance procedures.
- Establish maintenance strategies to install and commissioning machines, AC, equipment, and tools.
- Responding to machine breakdown.
- Diagnose faults and do the machine breakdown.
- Keep a proper records and history of each machines, AC, equipment, and tools.
- Attend and work in all maintenance requirements of the company including the labour camp.
- All other work given by your immediate superior.
