Job Description:
VIBE Education is seeking a dynamic and motivated Local Admission Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the local admissions team, from initial inquiry to enrollment, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the local admissions process.
- Train and guide team members to achieve their targets.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified students.
- Conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote VIBE Education programs.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to applicants throughout the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
- Monitor admissions metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the UAE Education market.
- Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or a similar role within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with local education regulations and policies.
- Experience in marketing and outreach activities.
