Job Description:

As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting with the growth of our property portfolio by identifying, securing, and managing property listings. You will work directly with property owners and potential buyers/tenants, helping them navigate the real estate process. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about customer service and are eager to build a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and securing new property listings for sale or lease.
• Help coordinate property viewings, open houses, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by advising property owners on preparing their properties for sale or lease.
• Assist in negotiating terms and agreements between property owners and potential buyers/tenants.
• Support the team in managing and updating property listings and related marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about market trends and opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a passion for real estate or individuals with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and property owners professionally.
• A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to commute to Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
