Hiring Lighting Solutions Associate

Requirements:

• Full Proficiency in English
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Lighting Design
• Knowledge in CAD
• Knowledge in Dialux Evo
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Knowledge in Zoho CRM
• Experience of 1 year in Lighting
• Proficiency in second languages such as Tagalog or Italian is a plus

Job Description:

• Building lighting solutions for projects in the Middle East by:
• Using Zoho CRM to create and maintain products
• Using Zoho CRM to create and follow up on deals and offers
• Coordination and following-up with sales team
• Coordinating and following-up on project sales
• Understanding and analyzing project specifications, BOQs, product selection, estimations, technical data
• Preparing lux calculations, lighting layouts and lighting specifications
• Conducting communication with OEM Manufacturers on customizations
• Processing purchase orders, invoices, payments, etc.
• Coordinating shipments logistics with freight forwarders, suppliers and clients
• Other activities related to sales lighting solutions and sales support
