The company is currently hiring a Compensation Lead to join its expanding global Total Rewards team. This role is designed for a highly analytical, tech-forward compensation professional who thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. The position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and plays a key role in shaping global compensation strategy as the company continues its rapid growth and AI-driven transformation.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and strategic pay structures while leveraging modern tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity planning

• Design, evaluate, and maintain job architecture and salary structures aligned with global growth strategy

• Conduct advanced market benchmarking and compensation analysis across key talent segments

• Manage Radford survey participation and ensure accurate compensation data reporting

• Partner closely with Finance and HR leadership to support budgeting and workforce planning

• Utilize AI tools and data automation techniques to streamline compensation processes

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on compensation strategy

• Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness across all roles

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics

• Strong background in high-growth or technology-driven organizations preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data modeling

• Experience with Radford or similar compensation survey methodologies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

• Comfortable using AI tools for automation, analysis, and productivity improvement

• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex compensation concepts

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
