Description:

We have the requirement of Mid – Level Recruitment Officers (Arabic and English, duration of seven months with possibility of extension for another six months) in Abu Dhabi. Qualified and experienced candidates (Locally available in UAE) 

Minimum Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business Management, Business Administration,
• Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law
• Minimum of 08 years of experience, in a relevant field in recruitment function

Knowledge:

• Understanding of best practices in recruitment policies, processes and procedures
• Deep understanding of recruitment methods, tools and techniques
• Knowledge and experience of human capital within the energy sector
• Knowledge and experience of addressing key human capital-related challenges, such as talent attraction and nationalization
• Understanding of the UAE and Abu Dhabi culture and working environment
