Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and lettings, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
• Oversee property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and provide detailed information about each property.
• Negotiate tenancy terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for both landlords and tenants.
• Handle all tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with local regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all properties meet legal and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a lettings management role, preferably in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
