Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to meet the training needs of the hotel staff
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees at all levels
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement in employees’ competencies
- Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training requirements and develop customized programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the delivery of high-quality training initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
