Hiring Dry Utilities Lead Engineer (infrastructure)

Job Summary:

• Ability to manage/lead a design and approval process interfacing with the project team, Clients and Stakeholders
• In-depth and strong understanding of UAE/KSA and Qatar Authority guidelines is a must
• Lead the design from Data collection, validation, identify design gaps, Prepare Concept master plan stage to Detailed Master Plan in terms of utility corridor space proofing, ROW, coordination with wet, roads, transportation, landscape and building teams
• Design/Review of Dry utilities (power, telecommunication, street lighting, etc.), derive demand load calculations, tie in point requirements, Full understanding of dry utilities and infrastructure projects from Concept to IFC stage
• More than 10 years of experience in Design Only, Candidates with Contracting, Construction Supervision and Building projects are not preferred
