Urgent Hiring Land Surveyor Construction

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Surveyor, located in Dubai. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys, and preparing related reports and documentation. The Land Surveyor will also collaborate with other members of the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Previous experience in land surveying, with a strong knowledge of land surveying equipment and software
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GNSS equipment and software
• Ability to interpret and analyze maps, legal descriptions, and engineering plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local and national surveying regulations and requirements
• Minimum experience of GGC or UAE required
