Hiring Junior Operations Assistant in Dubai, UAE (1 to 2+ years’ experience in logistics/customer service/transport/shipping functions)

Designation: Jr. Operations Assistant

Your job scope includes:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in UAE – ideally within logistics/customer service/transport/shipping functions
• Exposure to customer service and logistics in Logistics, Shipping companies ideally
• Must be Self-motivated, Taking ownership of processes, Systematic approach to the role
• Customs Clearance Mirsal II
• Ensure appropriate coordination for Document Collection from shipping lines
• Transport coordination
• Bill Of Entry, Import and Export Clearance
• Fulfill any and all other tasks as deemed fit by the management
• Excellent communication skills

 Essential:

• Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years Fright Forwarding industry
• Communication skills including proficiency in English
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
