Location: Sansation Group – Motor City

Type: Full-Time

 What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about Kids Club birthday parties, restaurant reservations, and other guest-related events
• Guide potential clients through our offerings and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with internal teams (events, F&B, operations) to ensure smooth event planning and guest satisfaction
• Follow up with guests to ensure exceptional service and repeat business
• Support marketing efforts through basic promotional materials, customer engagement, and guest feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a knack for closing deals
• Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service (preferred)
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries at once
• Social media or marketing knowledge is a plus!
