We are looking to hire:

Head of Sales.

 Location- Dubai

Job Responsibilities-

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue growth in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Cement, LNG, Gas Distribution, Pipeline, and Power Industry segments.
  • Expand and develop the existing product portfolio/customer base to achieve a 75 million AED top-line by end of 2025.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and networking within the industry, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and positioning our solutions as the best fit for their projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the executive team, outlining progress towards goals and areas for improvement.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of at least 12 to 15 years in sales leadership within the Process, Instrumentation & Analytical System Integration Systems, Metering Skids or related industries, preferably serving the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
  • A ‘Game Changing’ attitude & mindset
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to perform at their best.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for business development and client engagements. May need to travel minimum 5 to 6 working days in a month outside UAE.
  • Understanding of EPC project lifecycles and the sales processes associated with serving EPC contractors and End Users.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
  • Salary- 25000 AED +
