RSM UAE is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and driven finance professional to fulfil a Junior Finance Executive role at our client.
Role – The Junior Finance Executive will support the finance team based in Dubai with transactional processing, account reconciliations, and analysis performed for the other team members.
Team – The finance team consists of three members with this role supporting both the Senior Finance Executive and the Gulf Finance Manager.
Summary of key responsibility areas will include:
- Revenue and sales invoices
- Supplier and purchase invoices
- Bookkeeping
- Statutory compliance
Skills required
- Accounting degree or previous accounting experience
- Languages required: English and Arabic
- Good IT literacy skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong organisation skills with close attention to detail
- Pro-active with a can-do attitude and willing to offer support readily
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An appreciation of confidentiality
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
