IT Support /E-Channels
Candidates based in UAE preferred.
An E-Channel resource takes care of all issues and support related to banking payment channels: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS and IVR. The role requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the role troubleshoots problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion.
Responsible for the smooth operations of all (24 X 7) e-channels i.e. Contact Center (IVR), SMS, Predictive Dialer and Internet & Mobile Banking.
Manage and support to the Bank’s channel applications within the agreed SLA
Configure, install, custom-develop, test, upgrade, deployment/implement E-Channel applications.
Should be able to write basic sqls
Responsible for co-ordination of BCP set-up for E-channels.
Java,J2ee, MS-SQL DB ,Oracle DB, UNIX scripting & Java scripting.
Knowledge on Finacle E-banking & Kony platform is preferred.
6– 10 years relevant banking IT working experience on Internet Banking, mobile banking (Kony).
Overall minimum 6-10 years of experience in functional and technical support.
Solid Experience with payment channels applications and databases.
