Urgent Looking for Python Atutomation Tester with Acturial Science Exposure for UAE (Dubai), Insurance Domain Background is Preferred.

Job Description:

• Automation Test Analyst – 4-5 years’ experience
• Candidates experienced in Automation Testing via Python
• Automation Test Analyst with knowledge of Test Automation tools and is required to perform Development of Automation Test Scripts
• Should be knowledgeable on pricing engine and good with numbers
• Prior experience in actuarial testing
• Test automation for mobile based applications
• Test automation for json based APIs Quality Assurance
• Run regression test suites using the scripts developed for the project
• Compile reports of the progress and success of tests
• Outline procedures for effectively providing feedback on the quality of the code based on the results of the testing
• The ability to help where necessary to achieve a successful migration of all policies
• Ability to think out of the box and suggest solutions based on general observations
• Ability to challenge status quo based on experience so that opportunities for improvement are not missed
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Deep understanding of multiple forms of software testing throughout the entire SDLC: regression, functional, unit, black-box, white box, UAT, usability, stress testing, performance testing

Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or a related discipline
• Experienced in Insurance Domain
• 4+ Years of experience in creating automated test scenarios using JEST, Cypress, Selenium or other QA Automation tools
• Prior experience in coding, programming or held position previously as a developer in one or more of these languages: Javascript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python (mandatory)
• Required tools: CircleCI, JIRA, Confluence, Slack
• Backend AS 400
• Commercial Lines, P&C Insurance industry or equivalent experience would be an asset
