Looking for IT Resource Manager, Location: Dubai
Resource manager will focus on the end to end resource capacity and productivity aspects of the organization or team. Resource manager also sets benchmarks for the onboarding and off boarding of the resource to accounts/ teams / programs.
5 to 7 years’ experience in resource management in IT industry, especially SDLC. Handled large team size positively 300 +, Eye for details in the reporting and insights. Experience in maintaining skill register across the team. Proven experience in improving team productivity.
