Description:

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Executive for one of our client based in UAE.

Personal profile and academics:

  • Bachelor Of Science (Computer Science)
  • Proficient in English as well as communication skills
  • Work Experience – 5 to 6 Years

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Desktop/ Server administration
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft deployment Toolkit (MDT) and System Center Configuration
  • Plot hardware road maps in accordance to the product changes in market
  • Design, plan and roll out major periodic upgrades with appropriate change processes
  • Define the efficiency on “workplace“ in support to business applications
  • Experience in managing as well as troubleshooting Office 365, SharePoint, AutoPilot III
  • Experience with Imaging and patch distribution
  • Co-ordination with vendors and different teams
  • Configuring Active Directory Structure, Configuring DHCP, DNS, RAS, RIS and VPN
  • Rack mounting, Installing OS and configuring DRAC for Physical/Cloud servers
  • Very Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware issues (HP Servers, Dell Desktops and Laptops)
  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols- Routing/ Switching. Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP)
  • Telephony/ Call center- Configuring of Cisco IP phones and troubleshooting
  • Security- Firewall, Antivirus, Anti-Malware, DLP, Vulnerability patching
  • Ability to take on new tasks and learn new technologies in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge in RHEL, UNIX
  • Knowledge in virtualization like Hyper-V, VMware, Acropolis
  • First point of contact to Support desktop systems and applications used by Executive/Leadership team
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows 10
  • Implementing Local policy in Desktop computers
  • Application installation and configuration
  • Monitor ticket queue- Service Requests/ Incident Requests/ Problem tickets

  • Rolling out old desktop images and creating the new using Symantec Ghost
  • Experience in using Automation tools like, PSTOOLS and WMIC
  • Open to learn automation platforms like JOGET,
