Job Description:

Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, #computer science, information systems or equivalent experience, master’s preferred
• ITIL certification and/or cobit #certification is a must
• Excellent #communication skills – written and verbal
• MS product suite including visio and MS #project
• Minimum 12 yrs. of total #experience, 10 yrs. of experience in configuration management, reporting analysis, and analytics, and 3+ years of project management responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of #dashboards/ reporting and communication theory/practice and the ability to #apply it.                                                                                          
• Strong knowledge of the aligned line of business in a bank, kpi reporting, and management
• Awareness of project management methodologies, and business process #management skills in a cross-functional environment
