Hiring IT Assistant (entry-level salary position)

• Office Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai)
• Experience in networking, routing and switching.
• Upgrading, installing, troubleshooting and configuring new hardware and software
• Manage, control, and monitoring and maintaining Network and servers. (Windows Server 2016 and above)
• Experience with Shared folders and printer sharing router configurations.
• Network cabling and crimping experience is a must
• Experience with firewalls (SonicWALL, FortiGate)
• Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
• Familiarity with File Server (Synology NAS), backup and recovery software and methodologies
• Access points installation and configuration
• CCTV configuration, troubleshooting and installation (CP Plus)
• Experience with Analog/IP phone system
• Familiarity on email configuration (Outlook 365)
• Experience in IT products procurement
• Experience in Windows and Mac OS environment
• Can work under pressure; has strong personality.
