Hiring IT Asset Coordinator

• Location : Dubai
• Notice : 30 days or Immediate
• Experience: 4+ Years

Job description:

• Manage Engine Service desk IT Asset module or any IT Asset tools.
• MS Excel,
• IT asset inventory stock,
• Bar code tagging etc.
• Accountable and responsible to keep Assets Registry up to date and health status in terms of: Periodic check on all assets which include. Asset Agent installation healthy status, Physical Checks, Site Visit, Validate proper assets ownership mapping, Division, site, status.
• Accountable on Assets Registry integrity where all Summary count for each Division, site, owner must be accurate
• Matching Physical count with CMDB / Asset Registry
• Accountable on Assets handing/Take over Assets in employee off-boarding process.
• Insure Proper Structure & Classification for Product, Assets, CMDB.
• Accountable on Monitor Software Licenses, Compliance, Unauthorized application
• Control Moving Assets
