Job Description

• Responsible for the implementation, support & ongoing maintenance of the telephony systems.
• Troubleshooting & managing telephony and network Issues
• Plan network capacity for network and perform troubleshoot on existing network.
• Call Routing Changes
• IP networking Knowledge
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
• Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network appliances.
• Participate in managing all network security solutions.
• Perform server and system backups and recovery.
