Hiring Performance Facility Management Internal Auditor Healthcare (Operation & Compliance)

• Healthcare and medical financial operations background & exp. is a preference
• Carry out operational and compliance audit by evaluating internal controls, applying professional audit techniques, preparing audit work papers, developing solutions, and documenting findings.
• Assess the reliability and effective use of internal controls.
• Identifying risk areas, preparing audit scope and objectives and conduct detailed audits on periodical basis.
• Conduct discussions of preliminary nature with heads of operations audited, to understand the business process before starting a detailed audit.
• Conduct – in accordance with Internal Auditing Standards (www.theiia.org) – segments of financial, operational and compliance audits.
• Assesses compliance with IAS, IFRS, IIA and controls by executing audit program steps i.e. testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and related financial statements, examining and analyzing records & reports.
• Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and collateral to documentation.
• Assesses risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance, evaluating manual and automated financial processes.
• Identifying process weaknesses, inefficiencies, and operational issues along with financial non-compliances.
• Draft potential recommendations for improvements in concerned areas.
• Draft report and document all the communication done during the audit work performed for the review of Senior Auditor.
• Prepare working papers and documenting adequately the audit work performed.
