Description:

We are looking for HVAC Engineer with Minimum 3 -5 Year experience in UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and directs all aspects of mechanical engineering activities within an organization.
• Ensures all projects, initiatives and processes are in conformance with the organization’s established policies and objectives.
• Brief the team on the conceptual design to comply with the design as per the requirements, and review and approve the drawings before proceeding.
• Conducting site visits to gather information about the building’s HVAC requirements, such as size, layout, and usage. Ensures proper track of work progress as per the schedule.
• Review the materials proposed by the consultants/ contractors and recommend the best alternatives to improve quality, safety, future maintenance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Designing and developing HVAC systems that meet the building’s heating and cooling needs while minimizing energy consumption and cost.
• Selecting and specifying HVAC equipment such as AC Units, chillers, and pumps, as well as ductwork, piping, and control systems.
• Collaborating with other engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to coordinate project schedules and ensure that the HVAC design integrates with other building systems.
• Providing technical support and guidance during construction and installation and resolving any design-related issues or challenges that arise.

Required skills:

• Knowledge in AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC Design software such as HAP, Duct Sizer, Pipe Sizer.
• Should have good planning and organizing skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Has good communication and negotiation skills
• UAE Driving license required.
