Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Sharjah for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and selection activities, administering benefits and compensation, providing guidance on performance management, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also handle day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures and UAE labor laws
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation administration, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in management consulting or recruitment is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• With a Valid UAE Driving License
