Job Title: Human Resources Manager – Medical Sector

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies that support the organization’s goals in the healthcare sector.
- Activating the licenses of doctors (DHA, MOH, and DOH)
- Manage recruitment processes and select doctors and other medical staff, including verifying the validity and authenticity of medical licenses.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on all human resources issues and company policies.
- Ensure employees’ compliance with ethical standards, health laws, and relevant regulations, including medical licenses.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in human resources management in the medical sector, with a deep understanding of medical licenses and relevant local and international requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with medical teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain data confidentiality.
