Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, performance management, and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent development programs and initiatives.
- Conduct needs analysis and gap assessments to identify training needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to design and deliver training content and materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through feedback, metrics, and assessments.
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop and execute succession plans and talent pipelines.
- Conduct onboarding formalities and review onboarding materials for new hires.
- Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related HR role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs
