Hiring HR Recruitment Officer (Arabic Speaking) in Abu Dhabi

Seeking a skilled HR specialist fluent in Arabic with 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, and learning & development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop talent management strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
• Design learning programs to enhance skills and career growth.
• Collaborate with department heads for recruitment support.
• Manage talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Implement HR software for recruitment and talent management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration (Master’s or SHRM, CIPD, PHR a plus).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• 5+ years in recruitment, talent management, and learning & development.
• Strong HR knowledge and familiarity with UAE labor laws.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
