Description:

HR Officer required on urgent basis for our head office in Abu Dhabi.

• Candidate available in UAE on Visit/cancelled visa preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as HR Generalist/ Officer.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and Offering.
• Visa processing by coordination with Typing/PRO
• Conduct new employee Induction, creating Profile in HRIS and updating data.
• Verifying Timesheet and Running Monthly Payroll
• Serve as a point of contact for employee/client inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management as needed
• Education : Bachelor’s Degree with MBA preferable
• Knowledge of ERP Software
• UAE Labour Law
• Can work independently with no supervision
