Urgent Hiring of HR Onboarding Officer

We are currently hiring an HR Onboarding Officer for one of our clients- A Semi Govt Entity in Abu Dhabi on a contract hire basis (Outsourced).

The candidate must have a thorough understanding and experience of the Onboarding program and process including documentation, onboarding & PT relations, maintaining employee relations, overseeing HR management activities and HR analytics.

Skill sets required:

• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Experience of Onboarding employees from mid to senior level on a large scale.
• Good at Employee Relations.
• Good understanding of HR functions including Employee Relations.
• Min 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
