Description:

Required HR Officer who can join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the entire spectrum of HR Employee Lifecycle activities
• Manage Onboarding, Issuing offer letters, Leave Management, Exit Interview process, etc
• Manage corporate communications and employee relations issues within the business.
• Conduct regular HR Audits to ensure Compliance to HR Policies/processes & Labor laws
• Generate HR Analytics reports.
• Manage Medical Insurance for all staff and workers.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Work Location: Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

Qualifications

• Graduate in related discipline.
• 4-6 years experience in UAE
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Computer Skills is must
• Should be excellent in Excel and in preparing reports.
