Description:

Urgently looking for HR Officer for our well reputed branch at Al Ain, UAE.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze, develop and implement HR strategies and initiate aligned with the overall business strategies. 2. Responsible for talent attraction, talent management, employee development, compensation & benefits and personnel related affairs.
• Implement performance appraisal systems.
• Must ensure compliance with all relevant laws & regulation.
• Must be aware of Health sector policies.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or BBA with specialisation in HR, MBA in HR could be an advantage. 2. Minimum two years experience as a HR officer, with in the Health industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic could be an advantage.
• Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
