We are not looking for a typical HR Manager to handle day-to-day HR operations. We are looking for someone who understands the pulse of the organization, and make sure that employees are continuously up-skilled, motivated and there is constant feedback mechanism that makes sure that things dont slip. Someone who understand that Leaders should be trained to assist employees to achieve their KPIs, support team collaboration and make sure that people grow within the organization.
They will also manage activities such as job design, talent acquisition, training & development and talent management.

Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- CIPD qualified – an added advantage
