Hiring – HR Manager

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management systems.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts & addressing concerns in a fair & effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
• Assist in the development of training programs and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ UAE years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with HR software.
