HR Generalist

Job location: Dubai

• Work across full range of HR activities, including employee relations, organizational design and staffing, leadership development, performance management, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with the management of all HR issues related to employees and provide advice and guidance on policy and procedures.
• Assist employees with basic questions, benefits escalations, Leave of Absence (LOA), etc.,
• Candidates with prior experience in onboarding shall be preferred.
