Location: Dubai, UAE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy – Manage recruitment and selection processes, and conduct interviews and onboarding for new employees.
• Oversee employee relations, performance
• management, and training and development programs
• Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, and provide HR reports to management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity
